Through TSN’s international network, we periodically source or are presented with oil, gas, precious metals (including gold and silver), and other natural resource opportunities where supply constraints, geopolitical dynamics, or infrastructure gaps create compelling value. These opportunities may include upstream and midstream energy assets, off-take arrangements, fuel procurement programs, precious-metal supply or refining opportunities, and other resource-backed transactions. TSN evaluates such opportunities using a disciplined, compliance-focused framework, prioritizing those that are commercially viable, legally defensible, and aligned with long-term energy, resource, and security objectives. While this is not TSN’s primary line of business, our global relationships enable us, from time to time, to connect qualified buyers and sellers in this space when market conditions and strategic alignment warrant.

TSN has established a strategic relationship with an international supplier capable of supporting a range of refined fuel products, including (without limitation) EN590, Jet A1, and other distillates, sourced through established selling channels and authorized mandates connected to refineries, terminals, and tank-farm networks. Delivery can be structured on FOB or CIF terms, including common hubs such as Rotterdam and Houston, with additional ports considered based on seller authorization, storage availability, and logistics feasibility.
To protect counterparties, preserve confidentiality, and ensure efficient execution, engagement is limited to buyers who are ready, willing, and able to transact and who can move through standard compliance and onboarding promptly. Prior to releasing detailed procedures, sensitive documentation, or direct introductions, buyers are expected to provide customary verification materials, which may include a corporate profile/CIS, Proof of Funds (POF), and an ICPO, and to confirm the ability to support the contemplated payment.
Once onboarding is complete and the buyer’s capacity is confirmed, TSN will coordinate next steps, align parties on the applicable delivery structure and inspection/verification process, and facilitate execution through disciplined commercial and compliance protocols.
PLEASE NOTE: TSN, through its strategic partner, will not provide pricing unless the Buyer is identified and appropriately vetted. We also do not engage on transactions that include multiple intermediaries on the buyer side. TSN will not pay additional fees to a buyer’s representatives or “buyer-side” brokers.
Our objective is to keep the transaction structure streamlined, limit unnecessary parties, and protect the integrity of the process so we can deliver the most competitive, executable pricing to the Buyer.

Through TSN's international network, we can support recurring, large-scale gold acquisition programs for our strategic partnership for refined gold, gold doré, and aged bullion under a verification-first settlement model designed to promote transparency, security, regulatory compliance, and repeatable execution for all counterparties. Through our network, we act on behalf of a highly creditworthy institutional end-buyer supported by Readily Available Funds (RWA) and established commodity acquisition practices.
All transactions are completed through independent third-party verification and verified transfer of title at authorized, secure purchase locations. Commercial terms—including pricing, discounts, commissions, and fees are discussed, negotiated, and finalized only after product suitability is confirmed, ownership and liftability are validated, and the parties have aligned on the agreed purchase pathway. No commercial concessions or financial arrangements shall be deemed offered, implied, or binding prior to completion of these verification steps.
Operationally, this program is built to process and purchase up to 2,000 kilograms per day through established refinery relationships. Where appropriate, initial pilot shipments of 50–100 kilograms may be used to establish performance history, with the ability to scale based on demonstrated reliability of supply and consistent documegoldntation standards.
Acceptable materials include refined gold, gold doré, and aged bullion, provided shipments are legally exportable and supported by proper origin, ownership, and compliance documentation. The transaction structure is typically CIF delivery to approved refinery locations, where an independent assay determines payable weight and purity. Settlement is available same-day or next business day following verification, and title transfers only after assay confirmation and payment.
If you (Seller) can check each of these boxes, then it's very likely we can transact.
