Welcome to Tactical Supply Network LLC (“TSN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.TacticalSupplyNetwork.com and any related online services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Statement and Cookies Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1.1 Eligibility. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

1.2 Lawful Use Only. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You must not use the Site to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or illegal activity;
• Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights.

2.1 Updates to Terms. TSN may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.2 Site Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site (including content, products, or features) at any time without notice and without liability.

3.1 Informational Nature. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and other content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute binding offers, technical advice, or performance guarantees.

3.2 Accuracy Not Guaranteed. While we strive for accuracy, TSN does not warrant that any product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site are complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time.

3.3 Availability. Products or services shown on the Site may be subject to limited availability, prior sale, regulatory review, or additional eligibility requirements. Display of an item on the Site does not guarantee availability.

3.4 Pricing. All prices shown (if any) are subject to change without notice and may not include taxes, duties, fees, shipping, or insurance. Final pricing and commercial terms, where applicable, will be confirmed separately in writing (e.g., quotation, purchase order, invoice, or contract).

4.1 Inquiry Only. In many cases, submissions through the Site (e.g., contact forms, RFQ forms) constitute inquiries only and not binding orders. Any sale or supply of products or services is subject to a separate written agreement, purchase order, or TSN-issued terms specifically governing that transaction.

4.2 Conflicting Terms. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and any written sales agreement, purchase order, or separate TSN general terms and conditions for defense or commercial sales, the specific sales agreement or applicable terms shall control for that transaction.

4.3 Payment. If the Site is used to process any payment, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information and authorize TSN (or its payment processor) to charge the applicable amount. All transactions are subject to verification, fraud screening, and applicable banking rules.

5.1 Regulated Items. Certain content, products, services, and information referenced on this website may be subject to U.S. and foreign laws and regulations, including export controls, sanctions, firearms regulations, and other regulatory regimes. Access to or inquiry regarding such content does not imply eligibility or authorization. No regulated product or service will be sold, transferred, exported, or facilitated by TSN without full compliance with all applicable legal requirements, including licensing, governmental approvals, end-user verification, and internal compliance review. TSN reserves the right to refuse or terminate any inquiry or engagement in its sole discretion.

5.2 No Unlawful Offers. Nothing on the Site is intended to be, or should be construed as, an offer to sell controlled defense articles, ammunition, or other restricted items to the general public or to any person or entity not legally authorized to receive them.

5.3 Approval Required. Any actual sale, transfer, or export of regulated products will be subject to separate documentation, compliance review, and approvals that may include end-user vetting, licensing, and additional terms.

6.1 Informational Content Only. Content on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It does not constitute legal, tactical, operational, safety, or professional advice.

6.2 Independent Judgment. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice (e.g., legal, regulatory, safety, or training) before purchasing, deploying, or using any products mentioned on the Site.

7.1 Ownership. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, software, and layout (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to TSN and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License. TSN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for personal or internal business purposes consistent with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

7.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Site or Content;
• Scrape, harvest, data-mine, or systematically download any portion of the Site or Content;
• Use the Site or Content for competitive analysis, reverse engineering, or AI model training without TSN’s prior written consent.

8.1 Responsibility. If the Site permits you to submit content (e.g., messages, reviews, forms), you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of that content.

8.2 License to TSN. By submitting content, you grant TSN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Site, respond to inquiries, and conduct legitimate business activities.

8.3 Removal. TSN may remove or disable access to any content we deem objectionable or unlawful at our sole discretion and may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

9.1 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.

9.2 Automated Access & Scraping.

Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, crawling, indexing, automated access, robotic data collection, or extraction of TSN’s website content—including text, product data, pricing, specifications, images, documentation, or metadata—for commercial use, competitive analysis, resale, or training of artificial intelligence models is strictly prohibited.

This website may reference or link to third-party companies, products, services, or websites. TSN does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Inclusion does not imply affiliation unless expressly stated.

10.1 Informational Purposes Only; No Affiliation or Endorsement.  All content on this page is provided for general informational and research purposes only. Nothing contained herein constitutes an offer to sell, solicit, broker, export, transfer, or facilitate the sale or transfer of any firearms, ammunition, defense articles, defense services, or other regulated goods or technologies. The inclusion of any company, manufacturer, contractor, product, system, platform, or service does not imply any partnership, authorization, endorsement, or commercial relationship with Tactical Supply Network LLC (“TSN”), unless expressly stated in a written agreement executed by TSN.

12.1 “As Is” Basis. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

12.2 No Warranties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TSN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12.3 No Guarantee of Availability. TSN does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TSN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL TSN’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TSN THROUGH THE SITE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TSN and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

15.2 Venue. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15.3 Attorney Time; Bad-Faith Negotiations; No Free Law School:  The Parties acknowledge and agree that attorneys bill by the hour,  not by the promise of “almost there,” “circling back,” “one last minor tweak,” “just waiting on internal alignment,” “the dog ate my homework,” or any variation thereof, whether creative, repetitive, or seasonal in nature. Legal counsel is not compensated in optimism, momentum, good intentions, or assurances that something is “basically done.” Accordingly, if any counterparty engages in bad-faith negotiations, including but not limited to intentional delay tactics, circular or duplicative discussions, repeated reopening of previously resolved issues, failure to respond after reasonable follow-up, prolonged silence followed by manufactured urgency, introduction of knowingly immaterial or meritless issues, or other conduct reasonably deemed to transform negotiations into a time-consuming endurance exercise rather than a genuine effort to reach agreement, TSN reserves the right to invoice and recover all attorneys’ fees, legal expenses, and professional costs incurred as a result of such conduct. For avoidance of doubt, good-faith disagreement is permitted; good-faith wandering, meandering, or perpetual “resetting” of negotiations is not. All such fees shall be billed at the actual hourly rates charged to TSN, supported by customary attorney time records and documentation, and shall be payable upon demand. TSN’s right to recover such fees shall be cumulative and in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other rights or remedies available at law or in equity, including the right to suspend negotiations or terminate discussions altogether.

TSN may, at any time and in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

17.1 No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other.

17.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Statement and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TSN regarding your use of the Site.

17.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without TSN’s prior written consent. TSN may freely assign these Terms.
