For purposes of this Compliance Disclaimer and all related policies, the following definitions and interpretations shall apply:

• “U.S. Person” — as defined under 22 C.F.R. § 120.15, means a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or a protected individual under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3). It also includes any corporation, business association, partnership, or other entity organized under the laws of the United States or any U.S. jurisdiction.

• “Foreign Person” — means any individual who is not a U.S. Person, including any foreign corporation, partnership, government, or agency thereof.

• “Technical Data” — refers to any information that is required for the design, development, production, manufacture, assembly, operation, repair, testing, maintenance, or modification of defense articles, as defined under ITAR (22 C.F.R. § 120.10).

• “Export” — includes not only the physical shipment of controlled items outside the United States but also the disclosure or transfer of controlled technical data, software, or information to any Foreign Person, whether in the U.S. or abroad.

• “Controlled Items” — means any product, part, component, software, or technical data listed on the U.S. Munitions List (USML) or the Commerce Control List (CCL), or otherwise subject to ITAR or EAR controls.

TSN operates under the jurisdiction of the United States of America and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including export control and defense trade regulations. All transactions are deemed to take place within the United States and are governed accordingly.

Tactical Supply Network either has or is currently in the process of applying for all necessary licenses and permits required to operate legally within the firearms and tactical supply industry. Any information provided on our platform is strictly for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as an offer to sell any regulated items.

Our license applications encompass all aspects of our product offerings, including firearms, ammunition, and specialized equipment that require additional permits due to their nature. We are dedicated to ensuring that our licensing covers both the retail sale and the transportation of these items where required.

TSN has been approved by the ATF and Department of State. Our FFL Federal Firearms License # is: 1-59-099-11-8E-59902 (11- Importer of Destructive Devices), . FFL Federal Firearms License # 1-FL-099023-8F-01404 (23- Importer of Explosives) &  FFL Federal Firearms License # 1-59-099-07-8H-60226 (07- Manufacturer of Firearms other than Destructive Devices). As such, we diligently comply with all regulatory requirements governing the sale of our products. This includes adherence to age restrictions, background checks for firearm purchases, and the proper reporting of transactions to ensure transparency and accountability.

TSN is committed to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. §§ 120–130), administered by the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).

Certain products, technical data, and services offered by TSN may be subject to ITAR export controls. Access to or transfer of ITAR-controlled items, data, or services is restricted to U.S. Persons (as defined in 22 C.F.R. § 120.15) unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the U.S. Department of State.

By engaging with TSN—including but not limited to inquiries, purchases, data exchanges, or technical discussions—you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including ITAR and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and that you will not export, re-export, release, or disclose controlled technical data to any foreign person or entity without proper U.S. government authorization.

TSN reserves the right to verify citizenship or residency status, deny access to controlled information, and restrict transactions as necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.

Violations of ITAR and related export control laws are subject to severe civil and criminal penalties.

TSN conducts all operations in strict compliance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, and all other applicable U.S. trade control laws.

Our company does not engage in any transaction, shipment, or service that violates U.S. export control or sanctions laws. Products and information provided by TSN may not be exported, re-exported, transferred, or disclosed—directly or indirectly—to any individual, organization, or destination that is prohibited or restricted under U.S. law, including but not limited to those appearing on the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List, the U.S. Department of Treasury Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, or any similar regulatory watchlist.

Customers, partners, and suppliers are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when purchasing, reselling, or otherwise handling TSN products, data, or technology.

While we work to secure the necessary licenses, we will not offer products on our Site that require special licenses until all approvals have been obtained. At Tactical Supply Network, we recognize that the sale of firearms, ammunition, and tactical equipment is subject to stringent federal and state regulations. As such, we are committed to adhering to all legal requirements and ensuring that our operations are fully compliant with applicable laws.  Tactical Supply Network does not participate in any illicit activities. We work closely with local and federal law enforcement agencies and will cooperate fully in all investigations to the best of our ability.
