Power generation has become one of the hottest “hard-asset” categories in the world because demand is rising faster than grids can expand, while equipment lead-times have stretched and geopolitical disruption has made resilience a board-level priority. In the U.S. and globally, the rapid buildout of AI/data centers is materially increasing electricity load and accelerating the need for new, dispatchable capacity; for example, NextEra has publicly said it expects to add15–30 GW of power by 2035 to serve data centers, underscoring how quickly demand is changing. At the same time, reliability planners have warned that some regions face heightened shortfall risk as resource additions lag retirements and load growth.
On the supply side, the market has run into real bottlenecks: utilities and developers are dealing with extended lead times and constrained availability for critical components such as large power transformers, switchgear, and related grid hardware, making the ability to source equipment and deploy quickly a differentiator. Layer in the real-world stress test of grid resilience—such as continued strikes on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure causing emergency power cuts and damaging power lines and facilities—and it’s clear why governments and industrial operators are prioritizing redundancy, rapid replacement capability, and mobile generation.
Through our global network, TSN identifies and structures opportunities across the energy and critical infrastructure landscape with a focus on assets and projects that address capacity shortfalls, grid resilience, and energy security. These opportunities may include mobile and stationary power generation, transitional energy solutions, fuel supply arrangements, and infrastructure supporting high-demand end users such as utilities, governments, data centers, and industrial operators. Each opportunity is evaluated under a disciplined framework that considers technical feasibility, deployment timeline, regulatory and permitting constraints, and long-term strategic relevance.
From an asset-access standpoint, TSN can support requirements ranging from mobile generation units (~1.9 MW to ~17 MW) to larger-scale solutions, including never-commissioned and underutilized power plants in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz configurations through strategic partners—enabling faster deployment pathways when traditional OEM lead times and grid equipment constraints would otherwise delay execution.

Given the nature of Tactical Supply Network LLC’s (“TSN”) business and the importance of properly matching equipment to the buyer’s technical, commercial, and operational requirements, TSN follows certain procedures when evaluating and procuring power generation equipment and related technologies. In light of our strategic partnerships in the power generation sector, the following steps generally apply to inquiries for equipment:
Buyer shall provide TSN with a clear summary of its requirements, including, to the extent known: required power output, frequency (50Hz / 60Hz), project location, intended use, timing, budget, preferred manufacturers (if any), and any other technical, commercial, or logistical information that may assist TSN in identifying suitable equipment.
Upon receipt and preliminary review of Buyer’s requirements, TSN may provide Buyer with a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Fee Agreement for review and execution before proceeding further.
Following execution of the applicable documentation, Buyer shall provide TSN with satisfactory Proof of Funds or other financial support documentation sufficient to demonstrate Buyer’s ability to proceed with the contemplated transaction.
Upon completion of the foregoing, TSN will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify and evaluate equipment opportunities that align with Buyer’s stated needs and, where appropriate, share relevant findings, options, and indicative terms with Buyer.
If Buyer elects to proceed with a proposed equipment opportunity, TSN will work to secure the equipment on Buyer’s behalf, subject to availability, seller requirements, pricing, and execution of the appropriate purchase and transaction documents.
Where required by the transaction structure, Buyer shall deposit the necessary funds into an agreed escrow account or other approved payment structure, to be used in accordance with the governing transaction documents for purposes of securing the equipment.
Upon closing of the transaction and satisfaction of the applicable payment and release conditions, Buyer shall take ownership of the equipment in accordance with the governing purchase documents and thereafter be responsible for the equipment, including transportation, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance, except to the extent otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
TSN works only with direct buyers, end users, or properly authorized representatives who are in a position to move a transaction forward. If a party is acting on behalf of a buyer, such party must be able to provide clear written evidence of its authority to represent and bind the buyer, together with satisfactory proof of funds or other financial support documentation demonstrating the buyer’s present ability to proceed. TSN does not engage with unverified intermediaries, unauthorized third parties, or parties who are unable or unwilling to establish both authority and financial capability. These requirements are intended to ensure that time and resources are devoted only to serious, credible, and actionable opportunities.
